The easiest way to stick to a new habit

It could be just as easy as brushing your teeth!

What is a new habit you’ve always wanted to include in your day but never really got around to actually do it?

They say a new habit forms when you continuously try it for 21 days, but imagine this.

On one fine day you start. You feel accomplished, you even tell others that you’re into this ‘new thing’. You think, why not flaunt your new habit on Instagram as well? and then put a motivational IG story.

You ride that high for the next few days.

However, on the 6th day you get a work deadline, 7th day you get your period, 8th day Olivia Rodrigo is playing in the background and you’re stalking your ex.

And the rest is history.

This has happened to the best of us and trust me, I still go through this.

Which is why, we need to use the path of least resistance when incorporating something new into our daily routines.

And the best strategy I’ve seen so far, comes from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.

It’s pretty simple.
